Those pretty little flowers I showed you are gone... The rabbits ate them!! Thus starts our fight with the rabbits that inhabit our yard... 8-( Actually, the bunnies are cute. We watch them all the time, and they drive the fur-girls nuts!!!
On the sewing front, I procrastinated all day yesterday, though I did some figuring for my Picket Fence boarders... I think I have indeed figured it out now... I have enough of my colored fabrics, but now my problem is my lights... I may have to do a 45 minute road trip to get more...
Does that one pieced light picket look ok with that seam in it? I don't even know if I have big enough bits and pieces left to piece them like that... 8-(
I think I may distract myself tomorrow with what is on my display wall...

Hey an excuse to do a road trip to a quilt store is good! I'd say go even if you do have enough lights. I see no problem with a seam in the picket.
I'm glad your weather is more spring-like. We have had constant rain and chilly for over a day now...UGH. WHERE is spring here???
Oooooh, what a choice, work on a charm square project or finish off the picket fences.....hmmmmmm, I think I agree with Joyce, buy the lights and finish the top!
So when is the road trip?

I really like your charm pack quilt. I bought a jelly roll that has similar colours and I have had a hard time picking a pattern to make with it.
The borders are looking great. I'm jealous of your weather. We are still getting snow. Will spring ever come?
Looking like spring to me! Glad your snow is gone. 45 minutes to a fabric store would be a days trip for me. Or a half day. I usually spend an hour or more when I get there. Your quilt looks really nice Myra.
Oh My Gosh what a BEAUTIFUL quilt! I always love seeing this in QGB blog header. IT looks fabulous in the batiks! Looking forward to seeing it with the borders on.

Glad you finally got rid of your snow. 18 - huh? We only managed a high of 14 today (I mean yesterday since it's already the 16th.)
We are still looking at snow here..ugh! BUT, it is melting..I will be so greatful for the warmer days.
I LOVE the colors in your quilt..beautiful.
Take that roadtrip. Turn down the window and enjoy Spring and sing along with the radio while you hit the road. It'll be a great quilt!
Looks very nice!
