Ready for binding...

Quilting is done on the baby girl quilt, its trimmed and ready for the waiting binding, but I will tackle that tomorrow. I have yet to make the label. I shall tackle that on Wednesday... Then I shall hand sew the binding down on Thursday at Wonky Bits! There! My week is planned! 8-)
I also got the Info Pages and Registration Pages done and printed today, for my city group's retreat in November. The gals are wanting to have few set retreats each year, so that will be up for discussion this week... This Sunday coming, we have another day retreat planned. Hmmmm...? What project shall I work on? Not a big one, as I will have to leave early for the Baby Shower!!! 8-)

I forgot to tell you of my excitement from yesterday! With my hubby following me on the # 1 highway to bring DD1's car to the fixers, my dear darling fur girls, Dor
a in particular, decided it was time to fight on the floor of the passenger side, and I don't mean play-fighting... I slammed on my breaks and pulled over to the shoulder of the road to break it up. (good thing DH didn't rear-end me) They ended up no worse for wear, but I was a shaking basket-case!!! My heart was just a thumpin'! I had to sit there for a while. Later in the evening I found the scratches, nips, and bruise that I was awarded as ref!!! I shall not be taking them in the car alone anymore, in fact, the kennels will come along, or the fur girls will just have to stay home... >:-|

Looked through my UFOs to see which ones I wish to finish for Finn's Challenge... Still not sure, but I know that this baby quilt will be my first one! 8-)

Yay! You're so close to getting the baby quilt done. Good! Looking forward to seeing it on Wed night. I wonder what possessed your doggies to start fighting in the car?? Has that ever happened before??

Oh I agree the kennels are much safer for both you and your pets when driving .My dog actually likes it in the kennel I think she feels safer in there .You've got your week all planned out ,good for you ,I wish I was that organized ,

At least she has the grace to look guilty in the picture or does she always look like that? The baby quilt is looking good.

I love the colors of your quilt!!! You are very talented :)

The girls need to learn to play nice! hahaha Do you think girl pugs are a little more feisty than boy pugs? I've had 2 boys and 1 girl - the girl was a sweetheart - but I've seen some girl pugs I wouldn't want to mess with! Tough ladies they are! LOL
