Good News & Bad News... (ya I know...another post today, and there will be another yet)

Good news is, I found my Star Templates/Rulers that I was looking for a while back, for Joyce to use, but it is too late now as she has done her stars...But it is good news still! 8-)

If you look at Joyce's August posts, you will see that she did end up buying some rulers herself, and you will see the stars she has made...

Now, bad news is, I can't find what I was looking for today!!! Go figure! 8-/

A while back, I think it was Gina, had asked me how to make a Thread Catcher, so I was gathering my supplies to do a tutorial for it, but can't find the ceramic tiles I sew into it to weight it down on the work surface. Hmmmmmm......? Where could they be?

Darn thing it is, when you move to a new house and get things settled in, and you can't always remember where you put some items!!! ......?

Now that I have the rulers, I guess I will have to make another star quilt. I haven't moved for a long time but we used to move quite often. I always knew where stuff was in the old house but not in the new. Very frustrating.

Now don't misplace those rulers again Myra! Good luck finding the tiles. I haven't moved in over 19 years but I have lots of problems finding things anyway LOL

It was me. I know how you feel though as I can never find anything I want either, well until it's too late and then it's the first thing I see.

Love and hugs Gina xxx

I hate it when you can't find things in the new house after moving. I had misplaced a box of check blanks. my husband finally found them for me, thankfully, as it was driving me completely crazy!!!
