One of my Wonky Bits gals is helping to sell cookbooks for a fund-raiser for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at one of our hospitals. Her 7-month old grand-daughter has been there since the day she was born. They take very good care of her.
We are all doing our part supporting them by purchasing the 1.25" thick cookbook...
Some yummy looking recipes in there! 8-)

We received some shocking news at Wonky Bits today too. Our Joycee's husband had a heart-attack in the wee hours of the morning. Sounds like he is holding his own, but needs surgery. Please keep him in your prayers...

I am in the process of making something, but not quite ready to show it yet...
Happy stitchings!

Prayers for your friend's husband. I'm glad your magazine arrived, too.
Looks like you get as excited as I do about magazines. I think they are sometimes better than books, when they come with so much useful information and patterns...many times for a lot less money. But I still love my books also. Just said a prayer for your friends grandbaby and the husband who had a heart attack. Will think of them later also. Cookbook looks great also!
Sorry to hear about your friend's husband. I hope all goes well. I always try to write a few words to people who comment but I don't get as many comments as some. When I started blogging I could only find about 20 quilting blogs. Now there are so many that no human could ever read them all. I use Bloglines to keep updated.
Prayers being sent to Joycee and her husband!
I haven't seen that magazine before...I will have to "check it out" thanks for sharing :)
And I say AMEN to your comments and responses thoughts.
Can't wait to see what you're stitching up!
Happy Weekend!
I need to get that magazine. I hope your friend's husband is doing well.
I´m glad you got your magazine.
Your friend and her husband are in my thoughts and prayers
Love and hugs Gina xxx
