This is October's BOM that my group is doing.
It is due tomorrow...
You can find September's block here...
Also, I know for myself, I don't care to read posts that have too much to read, cause I don't have time for that, as I would imagine this to be for others... I am not a good "skim" reader...
So, I have been trying, but now I am challenging myself to always do short posts from now on...
This is the first one... Or was it too long?
Do you think I can do it?
PS: Just had to fit this in! Check out this post on Lizzie's blog. Amazing!

An observation... I have noticed, finally, that a lot of my posts are way too long... Lots of photos are fine, but I am getting too long winded, which takes too much time to prepare. Also, I know for myself, I don't care to read posts that have too much to read, cause I don't have time for that, as I would imagine this to be for others... I am not a good "skim" reader...

Your post are not to long I love seeing all your blocks and hearing about your family and the all the fun you have .
No post is too long or too short ... if I have to do a quick skim, I just come back later to enjoy more.
I agree, your posts aren't too long.
That is a really cute block.
I need to get mine shorter too. It's tough when I only post once a week. Does that mean I should do it more often????
I like longer posts - more to enjoy!!!
I don't think your posts are too long at all! I quite enjoy what you write. Keep on quilting and keep on blogging!

I think the length of your posts are fine. You are right though about not having the time to read everything - I try to keep my posts short too (except for tutorials), but heavy on the pictures - quilters are visual people.
Not too long. I always enjoy reading your posts.
