Sunday Sampler @ Six - Block 7

Corner Triangles- Triangle Tricks
You can find the story behind this BOM, and the first 6 blocks here...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hi all!
Been laying low in my corner of the world here... Overwhelmed with the realities of what life has brought us for 2010... Closed my Facebook account, not keeping up with my email, blog visiting, blog postings, sewing, and much more... Just taking 1 day at a time right now. I am hoping our getaway to Vegas will be good for me, to recharge me somehow... 8-)
Hope all is well with you and yours!
May your stitches be true and thoughtful.
May your PhD, UFO, and WIP piles/lists grow smaller.
May you find happiness in the little things in life...
To those involved, keep up with the PhD Challenge, and I'll be in touch sometime soon...
Happy stitchings! 8-)
Myra
I do hope you can get recharged in Vegas. It is hard to imagine how much the tech world can occupy our time until we have commitments that we have to tend to. Hope all are doing well. Take all the time you need as we will be here when you return.
I think February does that to folks up here in the frozen north. It's the shortest month but sometimes feels like the longest. I hope you enjoy your holiday.
Vegas! Play a quarter for me. There used to be a big quilt shop in Las Vegas. I don't know if it is still there. Maybe you can bring back a big load of fabric with your winnings.
Hi Myra. Go have a very calming time. Laugh alot. Get some sun. and just let yourself be someone else while you are gone. Don't be 'you', be another name you've alway liked!! go out there and play. giggle!! eat ice cream for breakfast!! do things you would not do - and you can, 'cause 'you' stayed home - and this new person is in your body having fun. remember 'fun'??? Go find it. And play with it!! donuts are a great fun thing!! and just be a kid again............ live the life of someone who doens't have a care in the world!!! but mostly - Have Fun!!!
I don't blame you closing your FB account. I only keep mine so I can keep up to date with my nieces & nephews.
