All ready! Vaccuumed and tidied, packed by the door, showered, dishes done, fur-girls pottied, and a few moments to spare before heading out the door! 8-)
Last night I quickly cleaned off my cutting and sewing tables cause DH said that he would put my 2 new work surfaces in while I'm gone to the retreat. The old cutting table is going to his workshop...One of the new surfaces, on the right side of photo is just sitting on stuff there for now... I guess he brought it upstairs last night...
I piled everything in this corner, the rest he can move as he is working in there... I hope he doesn't find my goodies... 8-)
I will post a photo of the changes this coming week... and no! I did not switch my bedroom and sewing rooms. I decided to stay put, but will move my book shelves into my bedroom so as to have more space in the sewing room... 8-)
I did a quick switch of quilts hanging in the dining area last night, as they were laying sandwiched on the guest bed for the last while to stay flat, but DH is having an out of town friend over to help with things around here on the weekend...
Plus I am taking the Holly Jolly flimsey that was hanging there along for Sew & Tell time at the retreat!
The Fur-Girls are already pacing... they know what this stuff by the back door means! "Mommy is gone for a few days! Not happy!"
Time to pack the car, pick up the other 3 gals, and hope that everything fits in my van for the trip to the retreat! Wish us luck with that! I may need to sit Jr on Vf's lap... or bury someone... lol! 8-)

It will be exciting for you to come home and see what your DH has done in your sewing room. Our fur friends can always feel if you are going away, mine starts crying.
