Last night's Show and Tell

First, I must say thank you for all your comments of the last few weeks. They mean the world to me right now... I try to pop in on all of you and comment, but time is so limiting still. With all that we've been going through, and DD2's wedding coming up soon, I can't wait for "normal" to be part of my life again... 8-)

Now, here is the show and tell from last night's gathering...

First up is a wonderful tote sample for a future class at Carellan Sewing Center. Method used is from a gal that teaches at the shop, Geesje Baron, that has published a book on the subject of Folded Blocks. I believe books will be available at the shop, if not now, soon...
Next up, is a wonderful table topper, made be friend Pg, also for a class sample at the same shop. Pattern by Marie Minaudier, which only sells her patterns locally I believe...
Pg, maybe you could correct me on that account in my comments box?

This machine embroidered quilt was made, also as a shop sample, by Ld... Lots of stitches in this one!!! Very pretty...
This fun baby/child's quilt was made by Al in the "mile-a-minute method"...
Google it and you will find lots of images of such...
Here is Dianne, (she has a blog also), with a table topper she was binding last night.
I hope it is ok to show Dianne in the photo as she shows herself on her blog... Tis a good photo of her, although a tiny bit blurred...

Lastly, my fur-girls... Soaking up the sun yesterday under my sewing table as I spent the day sewing DD2 and MrRose's quilt...
Back to Pfaffy! 8-)
