Why did I even bother turning Pfaffy on today?

Do you ever have days where you ask yourself that question,
"Why did I even bother turning my machine on today?"

Well, today was my turn! Stitch, rip, stitch, rip, stitch, and now I have to rip again... big sigh...
The beaded piece does get attached on the inside of the bag (to be flipped to the outside and stitched down), as I've done, but on the end with the handles... Dufus!!!
Yes I'm a Dufus, with a capital D!!!
Big time lack of concentration!!!! 8-(

I should have known... Last night I wasn't feeling too well again, felt some better this morning, thus thought time to make another bag, and I think I am pushing myself...
Sometimes it is just best to leave things alone...
Time to go and lay around on the couch some more Myra!!!

Hope your efforts have gone well today! 8-)
Happy stitchings!
Myra

Get some rest Myra, but don't give up. That bag is beautiful!

Yep, there are just some days when we should stay away from all machinery! Fortunately it's usually cured with a good night's sleep.

I'm sure we've had those kind of days. I've learned to stay out of my sewing studio if I'm not feeling well, feeling tired, just don't feel like sewing, or I'm in a jurry. If I ignore those feelings I'll make a terrible mess and become completely frustrated. I hope tomorrow is better.

Your situation made me chuckle. I could just imagine your face in discovering the beads were sewn in the wrong place. On a serious note, however, it looks like this bug has certainly gotten it's teeth into you. I agree with Quilter gone bananas, rest up for the retreat.

I have had those days. Sometimes I have listened, and sometimes I have not. The times that I have not are the days when things go right. I have learned that quilting is like my zen garden. All negative thoughts must leave my quilting room before I enter.

I would throw it away and then lay on the couch for a while.
