Some sew and tell.... no fish!

Last night was a quilt gathering night and I was able to make it this time. Seems like weeks since I've been... Not many gals as there usually are, but fun and laughs we had, and a few of us also went to Tim's for coffee after-wards... A late night for me! 8-)

This is Cd's Cardinals. Last night she finished up the hand work on it, and is ready for sandwiching and hand quilting... All hand work on this project. I
think she was tired of lugging around her machine too... 8-)
Looks wonderful Cd!!! 8-)
(Oh! There is K from Quilter Going Bananas on the edge of the photo!)

This is Pg's progress on the blocks from the "A Tiskit A Tasket BOM" being offered by Anne Sutton of Bunny Tails... Pg has increased the blocks by 20%, and has done a wonderful job of them. Love her fabrics! Looking good Pg!!! 8-)
This is Yn's work from a class she took a week or two back. Not sure if she has another class for it or not...?... hmmm? Anyway, if you click on the photo for a closer look, you will see that it is indeed woven and sewen down on a backing. Pattern in photo too... Looking good so far Yn!!! 8-)
That is it for anything quilty for now... I am deep into reading the "last" Harry Potter book, and you will notice still not doing much emailing/blogging...

I laughed when I read that you are 'deep' into the last Harry Potter book!! when I got number seven, I told both my girls not to bug me till I was done - and I read it till it was finished!! lol!! And I had every enmotion in that book - and was told I was not supposed to laugh out loud when I am reading!! Who says!!??!! lol!!!
Enjoy it!! I certainly did!!

The baskets are wonderful, I love how they all connect by little pink fabric in each of them and the baskets are as they are woven.
