This is indeed the last of the Pineridge Quilt Show photos that I took... There has been lots of ideas and inspiration that I've gotten from this show... 8-)

I seem to think it is, but is this considered whole-cloth quilting with the different colored backgrounds? Some incredible hand-quilting done here...

I went to a friend's today for a day of quilting. There were 4 of us, and this is what she had sandwiched today... I brought my round quilting stand and did some hand-quilting...

Pineridge Quilt Show...

I had a wonderful time at the quilt show today! We met there for lunch, and made the rounds...

First up are the goodies that came home with me.
A fat-quarter bundle...

...and a couple of patterns.
Bag pattern is friend Pg's, and the Halloween one is mine...
Pg had me take her's home to study, and to prevent her from distraction... 8-)

A few black & whites (plus) that attracted my attention...

There were some gorgeous quilts there, and at least 5 vendors with lovely fabrics and patterns, but as you saw, I restrainrf myself very well... 8-)

More Quilt Show Photos...

The pattern for this quilt was made by some fellow Manitobans, Myra Harder and Cory Derksen. Together they have created several quilt books, patterns, and a fabric line... They are very talented ladies and very well known here in our part of the world.This is a lovely colorful quilt... Some form of the Friendship Star.
And a table topper/runner that I took a liking to...

This is the same as the one my friend Dp made...only different colors or course.This was a very busy looking quilt, but if you click on it for a close up, you will see the wonderful fabrics that were used in it... Too busy for my liking...
I think this one is called the Mexican Star...? Great fabrics! My friend V made one a while back also...
I believe that this was raw edge applique... Lovely wall-quilts hey?!
I had a lazy-dazy day today...much needed. 8-)

FORTY-FIVE HOURS!!! 8-(

FORTY-FIVE HOURS!!! I can't believe it!?! My server was down and out for 45 hours!!! Not impressed living without my main way of communicating!!! I just got it back now! 11pm... Happy, happy, happy... Except, now I have 27 emails to look through...?... Now, or tomorrow morning?....hmmmmm.....? Tomorrow....8-)
