At Wonky Bits last Thursday Lp gave me some instruction on how I could finish up my boarders on my Picket Fences quilt. I was worried about not having enough outer fabric for the boarder, and her idea may then show that I have enough fabric to get by with... Woohoo!! Thanks Lp! 8-)
This photo of a photo, at left, that Lp showed me is not the greatest, but it gives you and idea of what I am doing...
I studied the photo and Lp's instructions some, drew out and colored some plans, cut my strips and got to stitching...
Hopefully by tomorrow I will have a good amount of it done...DH is gone to friend Dl's again to help with some fixings, so I will have lots of time to myself to play in my sewing room... 8-)

I'm glad you'll be able to finish that with the fabric you have. The table looked nice with your quilted carrots on them!
