Now I'm over flowing with covers as the chancel guild at my church gave me a bunch of mesh that had been covering mum flowers they ordered -- almost identical to the thread covers, and so easily available.... :-)Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15763869971803840742noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6284543035208024305.post-7734598918513354882009-02-26T10:14:00.000-06:002009-02-26T10:14:00.000-06:00LOL, I am forever looking for things. We had a bit of wet snow last night here in TO but the temp. is supposed to get to +5 today so hopefully all of it will disappear. I'm glad you solved your thread problem.Doloreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00013261733996949731noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6284543035208024305.post-45416620018878345422009-02-26T08:39:00.000-06:002009-02-26T08:39:00.000-06:00Here in the States, those mesh things also protect...Here in the States, those mesh things also protect the heads of chrysanthemums when they are shipped to a florist. Check with your local florist to see if you can have some because they just throw them away. I use them when I store my thread because it just contains it nicely.Paula, the quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17662592713610165406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6284543035208024305.post-67614425315962001892009-02-26T07:41:00.000-06:002009-02-26T07:41:00.000-06:00LOL, it seems I am always looking for something. I...LOL, it seems I am always looking for something. I really am not that disorganized but things have a habit of hiding on me when I want them. Then I waste a lot of time looking... Hope the weather holds so you can get to Wonky Bits. We had snow last night here in TO. It wasn't much and it wasn't expected. It came down as my driver (Ann) and I were at another quilter's house (Marg's) quilting. Just when we finished coffee and were on our way home, I looked out the window. Surprise! Wet and sloppy - but it should ALL be gone by today's end (I hope) since our weather is supposed to hit +5.Doloreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00013261733996949731noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6284543035208024305.post-17600337133411786722009-02-26T07:39:00.000-06:002009-02-26T07:39:00.000-06:00Thanks for the hint about the invisible thread.
