You are having WAY TOO MUCH fun all the time...LOL *VBS* What a great post! Your group sound just as fabulous as you and what good sports and quilters. Lovely quilts all around.<br />I love your hexs *VBS* You're a gal after my own heart. Hexagons sewn helter-skelter was my first attempt at quilting. I never did hear the part about them being flowers until later. The very random version I hand pieced is called "Honeycomb", which fits perfectly. The hexs were about 2.5" and I eyeballed the quarter inch..LOL. Amazingly it all came together in the end. What a way to start!! I can hardly wait to see your progress. Don't worry if it is appealing to you more than sewing. That often happens to all of us quilters. Sometimes one part, another time something different. Sizing blocks???? Never!!
