Suggestions Welcome...

Another Gingerbread creation at out house Christmas Day...
Supposed to have been a Gingerbread House and Train...
We never know what they'll come up with!
 
I posted a crochet problem on my photo journal blog.
So many days spent getting it to that point... Sigh...
Take a peek and see if you have any suggestions for me...

    I've done a good bit of filet crochet, and I can't see anything wrong. Did you by chance change hooks? Do you think it might 'block out'? From what I can see of the pattern, it looks like it will be quite pretty.
