Sunset and Sewing...

Last nights sunset... Comes early these days... Just before 5pm!
Today's sewing efforts... Putting my borders together...
I will be attempting mitered corners...
But can she do it? We shall see?
Wish me luck! 8-)

  6. Good luck with the mitred corners. One thing I have found is to make sure the corner itself is a perfect 90 degree angle. If it is, you shouldn't have too much trouble with them.

  10. My current project will need mitered borders at least on two opposite corners mainly because of the fabrics I chose. I may have to come back here for a lesson! Or dig out a basic quilt instruction book. I have done them precisely once in my 21 yrs of quilting.
